Purpose

This website displays and sells original photographs: limited-edition fine art prints and digital download licences. Browsing it implies acceptance of this legal notice.

Terms of purchase

Prices are in euros and are final prices, including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Prints are paid for through Stripe, and digital downloads through Payhip, by card or with PayPal; EV Stills never sees or stores your card details. Once payment is complete you receive the order confirmation by email.

Prints are made to order. Delivery times, the right of withdrawal and the guarantee are explained in Shipping and returns.

Intellectual property

All photographs and texts on this website are the work of their author and are protected by Spanish intellectual property law. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced or used without written permission, except as allowed by a digital licence you have purchased.

Buying a print entitles you to own and display it, not to reproduce it. Digital licences allow only the uses described on the printing and licences page.

Liability

EV Stills tries to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but is not liable for service interruptions or for the content of linked external websites. The colours of the prints may vary slightly from what you see on screen depending on each monitor's calibration.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before that, write to me at [email protected] and we will look for a solution.
