Shipping and returns
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Shipping
Each print is made to order, checked, signed and numbered by hand. It is rolled in a rigid tube and shipped from Madrid.
- Destination: Spain and the rest of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden). For other countries, write to me and I will send you a quote.
- Delivery time: between 7 and 14 working days from payment to Spain, and between 8 and 15 to the rest of the EU (printing and transit).
- Tracking: I email you the tracking number when the order ships.

Digital downloads are delivered instantly: you download the file as soon as you pay and also receive the link by email.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If you are not happy with the print, you have 14 calendar days from receiving it to return it without giving any reason.
- Write to me at [email protected] with your name, the order number and the fact that you wish to withdraw. You can use the form below, although it is not compulsory.
- Send the print rolled in its original tube, or in an equally rigid one, within 14 days of telling me. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- I will refund the full amount, including the original shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. I may wait until I receive the print before refunding.
The print must arrive in the same condition in which you received it: unframed, unfolded and unmarked. If it arrives damaged through improper handling, the refund may be reduced proportionally.
Exceptions
- Personalised works: custom sizes, commissions and any print made to your specifications cannot be withdrawn from.
- Digital downloads: once the download has started, by accepting immediate delivery of the file, the right of withdrawal is lost.
If the print arrives damaged
Check the tube when you receive it. If the print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to me within 7 days with a photo of the tube and the print and I will send you another one free of charge. You also have the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity established by Spanish law.
