A stormy summer evening in Sanxenxo, photographed on 23 August 2026 between sunset and nightfall.

A shower crosses the Pontevedra estuary and leaves the Silgar promenade wet and shining. From the beach and the rocks you can see Portonovo beneath a band of orange light; the statue of La Madama de Silgar appears several times, on her rock or framed in the steel circle on the promenade. At nightfall, the festival lights come on.
