What data I process and why

• Orders: name, email, shipping address and phone number, to prepare and ship your order, issue the invoice and deal with any incidents. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract and tax obligations.
• Enquiries: the data you send me by email or Instagram, in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you write to me.

I do not use your data for advertising and I do not sell it to anyone. I do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

How long I keep it

Order data is kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires (up to 6 years). Enquiry emails are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless they lead to an order.

Who else receives it

• Stripe, which processes payments. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never reach EV Stills.
• Payhip (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom), which manages the sale and delivery of digital downloads and the VAT on those sales. It receives your email, your country and the order details.
• PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg), if you pay for a digital download with PayPal. It receives the data needed for the payment and processes it under its own privacy policy.
• The print lab and the courier, only with the data needed to print and deliver the order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and measures visits anonymously (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and the accounting firm, when necessary.

Some of these providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Payhip, PayPal) may process data outside the European Union. They do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's adequacy decision for the United Kingdom or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

This website does not set its own or advertising cookies, and the fonts are served from the website itself, without connecting to third-party services. To know how many visits it receives and which pages are viewed, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not track anyone across websites; it only provides aggregate figures. The Stripe, Payhip and PayPal payment pages use their own technical cookies, which are needed for payment and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
