About the photograph
Ludwig Engelhardt's statues of Marx and Engels were installed in 1986, still in GDR times, in the park that bears their name beside the River Spree. The white morning leaves the figures almost without a background. A quiet image of a place heavy with history.
Portrait format, in black and white. Printed in 30 × 45, 40 × 60 and 60 × 90 cm on 308 g/m² 100% cotton paper, signed and numbered by hand (edition of 25 per size).
