About the photograph
Berlin's manhole covers are engraved with the city skyline and its best-known landmarks. This one, set among cobblestones, is a portrait of the city made by looking at the ground. It is one of the most graphic photographs in the series and looks great in a large format.
Landscape format, in black and white. Printed in 30 × 45, 40 × 60 and 60 × 90 cm on 308 g/m² 100% cotton paper, signed and numbered by hand (edition of 25 per size).
